:bulletblack: SUBMISSION LIMITS

June 1, 2013.
I have changed the submission limits to two per month. If this is problematic, I can change it to another rate or return it to two per week.
---------------------------

I believe the group's founder intended for artists to have a submission limit of two pieces per day in total, but there has been a little confusion about this lately.

(Sept 2012: I've changed the limits so that each member is set to two submissions per week per folder. Contributors and co-founders can submit more art per week.)

Our group settings are such that it is possible that artists have the ability to send two pieces per folder per week (which would make it possible for a single person to send in ten pieces per week, as the group has five folders), but again, I believe our founder intended for us to accept only two per week in total (not two per folder per week).

In other words, we have five folders, which means it's possible to send us ten pieces of art, but we will only take two of the ten (per week).

You are welcome to wait the next week to send in two more pieces, then two more the next day, etc. :)

(Contributors are permitted up to four pieces per week, co-founders six per week.)

I have changed the settings to the group so that artists can no longer submit art to the Featured Folder, as we were getting far, far, far, far too many incorrect submissions for months and months.

This is a temporary measure to see how it works, and I can change it back if the other moderators would like me to, or they are welcome to change the settings themselves.

(Sept 2012: this is now permanent. It's easier to maintain that folder if members are not allowed to sent art to it.)
